Behind the Story
This is the last book in the Got That Swing series. After writing the first story, featuring a woman in the Royal Australian Air Force (Don't Mean a Thing), I had known I would write one featuring a Navy woman (Tain't What You Do) and an Army woman (this book). I started writing the first story in 2015 and now, ten years later, the series is complete. These stories have the setting of Darwin as a major part of the story - a character in itself. I lived in Darwin for five years and had a wonderful time swing dancing, just like the characters in this series. Got That Swing is my love letter to Darwin and my time living in the tropical Northern territory of Australia.
